Why Dr Nathan Bridger has a Nook Sauna

Your Elite sauna comes with light therapy

What is chromotherapy?

Chromotherapy, also known as Color Light Therapy, is a method of rebalancing the body by utilising coloured light. Its roots trace back to ancient Mayan civilisations and have found a modern resurgence within the confines of infrared light saunas.

Additional benefits

Colour light therapy has been recognised for its ability to diminish swelling, ease discomfort, reduce inflammation, enhance the body's wound healing capacity, and notably expedite overall recovery post medical procedures. Different hues of light have shown potential to enhance mobility, alleviate tension, and promote better blood circulation.

Mental health

Light therapy is also beneficial for mental well-being and has demonstrated effectiveness in managing Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). SAD impacts individuals with reduced sunlight exposure and a resultant lack of vitamin D, often falling under the broader category of seasonal depression. While infrared sauna light alone isn't a treatment for this condition, when used in conjunction with guidance from a medical professional, it can prove immensely advantageous.
