Far Infrared VS Full Spectrum

We made the decision to discontinue our full-spectrum saunas in order to focus exclusively on Far Infrared (FIR) saunas. Infrared (IR) therapy has gained widespread attention for its potential health benefits, particularly in areas such as pain relief, improved circulation, and detoxification.

The concept of "full-spectrum infrared" is often used as a marketing tool to justify higher prices on infrared saunas and devices. However, research overwhelmingly supports Far Infrared (FIR) as the most beneficial and scientifically backed form of infrared therapy. Near Infrared (NIR) and Mid Infrared (MIR) have limited penetration and efficacy in comparison to FIR, with many of their supposed benefits being anecdotal or exaggerated by manufacturers.

Chromotherapy, also known as Color Light Therapy, is a method of rebalancing the body by utilising coloured light. Its roots trace back to ancient Mayan civilisations and have found a modern resurgence within the confines of infrared light saunas.
